Genuine Mansfield 57 chrome trip lever. It can also be found under the Mansfield product number 1230157, or part number 57CH. This lever comes with the nut to hold it on to the tank. The nut is reversed thread, meaning you will rotate the nut to the left to tighten, and right to loosen. The Mansfield 57 chrome trip lever is designed for the tank models 386, 387, and 1386. The original lever always works best. Using a different or "universal" handle will almost always cause problems because they were not specifically designed to fit the model of toilet you are working on.
